If you’re an Annual Passholder, you know the craze behind you favorite theme park. My team was responsible for moderating the Facebook group with over 100K members. I loved sharing tips, engaging with guests, and having fun!

Tripadvisor

Tripadvisor serves as a major platform for guests to share their feedback on their experiences. My responsibilities included reading, responding to, and tracking review insights for later reporting.

Beyond Socials

To a lot of our guests, Universal Orlando Resort is more than a theme park, it’s a break from the real world, a way to bring the family together, a magical place to find friends or love, and a place that celebrates milestones like graduation and anniversaries. We always lived up to making everyone’s vacation one to remember.

Guests weren't the only ones who got to enjoy the fun. It was a soul-mate adventure between Universal and Orlando International Airport. Context (since the OP deleted the post): A guest was planning his trip to Universal via Orlando International Airport, and I hopped in via the Universal handle to join the fun. MCO sent my team some famous airport socks.
